I live a very different life now, and not because my dress size is smaller but because my soul is fulfilled.

I had wanted to change. I wanted a different life than the one I was living. I made some pretty simple changes, and stayed consistent.

It wasn't hard. Being Overweight and exhausted was hard. Living a life that I was not participating in was hard.

My Life is now a reflection of all the things I cherish and all the things that represent who I am... "
